Rescued from fire damage The Mint is a down to studs renovation project with 24 units within 5 floors in the Eckington neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The theme of this project was to reflect something fresh and new coming to the neighborhood, which was changing and in transition at the time. The Mint boasts sleek finishes and clean lined interiors while preserving and highlighting the original exterior of the property.
